Job Objective:
The Trainee Recovery Officer will assist in managing hire purchase systems, analyzing field reports, and performing calculations using Excel. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in credit recovery and financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle hire purchase systems and related documentation.
- Analyze and evaluate field reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Perform calculations and data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
- Prepare detailed reports and summaries for management review.
- Assist in credit recovery processes and ensure timely follow-ups.
Key Requirements:
- GCE Advanced Level (A/L) qualification.
- Age between 20 and 30 years.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Prior experience in hire purchase or credit recovery is an added advantage.
