🔹 Key Responsibilities

✔️ Examining Titles of immovable properties✔️ Drafting & Attesting Mortgage Bonds and other legal documents✔️ Providing Legal Opinions based on principles of law✔️ Court Appearances and drafting litigation-related documents

✅ Eligibility Criteria

📌 Nationality: Sri Lankan Citizen📌 Qualifications:✔️ Attorney-at-Law & Notary Public✔️ License to practice in English📌 Experience:✔️ Minimum 1 year of post-qualifying experience in the legal field✔️ Experience in banks/financial institutions will be an added advantage📌 Skills & Attributes:✔️ Computer literacy & strong communication skills✔️ Ability to work independently📌 Age Limit: 32 years or below (as of the closing date)📌 Notarial License: Candidates selected for Anuradhapura, Polonnaruwa, and Kegalle must hold a Notarial License for the respective jurisdiction.

💰 Training & Benefits

📌 Training Period: 2 years📌 Monthly Allowance:✔️ Rs. 90,000/- (1st year)✔️ Rs. 100,000/- (2nd year)📌 Terms & Conditions:✔️ Outside the Normal Banking Stream (Closed Service)✔️ Special Examination at the end of Training Period for permanent confirmation as Assistant Legal Officer✔️ May require working beyond normal hours, weekends & holidays✔️ Should be willing to serve anywhere in Sri Lanka
