Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate course schedules, faculty assignments, and academic activities

• Deliver engaging lectures aligned with international standards

• Provide student support through academic advising and mentorship

• Ensure curriculum effectiveness and compliance with academic policies

• Collaborate with faculty to enhance teaching methodologies and learning outcomes

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree in Psychology (required) from a recognized institution

• 3+ years of experience in academic coordination, teaching, or programme management

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with international university systems (preferred)

• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders (faculty, students, and partners)
