Available Positions:

• Special Needs Teachers (Full-time)

• Shadow Teachers (Part-time/Full-time)

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Deliver personalized support through one-on-one or small-group sessions.
🔹 Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
🔹 Foster academic, social, and emotional development using child-centered strategies.
🔹 Create a safe, engaging learning environment that builds confidence.

Requirements:

✅ Recognized qualification in Special Education or related field.
✅ Minimum 1 year of experience (school or therapeutic setting preferred).
✅ Deep understanding of inclusive practices and differentiated instruction.
✅ Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills.
