📌 Job Responsibilities:
✅ Actively engage in student recruitment by explaining courses & admission processes.
✅ Guide students & parents in course selection based on interests, academics & career goals.
✅ Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications & conversions via CRM.
✅ Meet or exceed enrollment targets for each intake.
✅ Build & maintain long-term relationships with students, alumni & key stakeholders.
✅ Identify & reach out to potential students through multiple channels.
✅ Organize & participate in promotional events (open days, webinars, workshops).
✅ Work closely with marketing, admissions & academic departments to ensure smooth communication & admission processes.
📌 Candidate Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
✔ 1-2 years of experience in sales (preferably in education, recruitment, or customer service).
✔ Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
✔ Understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing & educational trends.
✔ Strong sales & negotiation skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
