Odoo Developer (Software Engineer)

Key Responsibilities:

• Customize Odoo modules to solve real business challenges in Accounting, HR, and Sales.

• Develop new Odoo features and integrate third-party APIs (Python, XML, JavaScript).

• Troubleshoot and optimize existing Odoo implementations.

• Collaborate with Business Analysts and QA teams to deliver high-quality ERP solutions.

• Follow best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• 1–3 years of hands-on Odoo development experience.

• Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, and Odoo ORM.

• Familiarity with Linux-based systems and ERP business processes.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):

• Odoo Certification.

• DevOps/CI/CD pipeline experience.

• Knowledge of other ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Dynamics).
