Job Profile
As a Call Center Intern, you will:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to life and health insurance inquiries.
- Follow up on customer calls and respond to emails promptly.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and coordinate with other departments.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Successfully completed G.C.E. A/Ls (candidates with pending results are also welcome).
- Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (knowledge of Tamil is an added advantage).
- Work Flexibility: Willingness to work on a shift basis, including weekends.
