Job Profile

As a Call Center Intern, you will:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to life and health insurance inquiries.
  • Follow up on customer calls and respond to emails promptly.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and coordinate with other departments.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Successfully completed G.C.E. A/Ls (candidates with pending results are also welcome).
  • Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (knowledge of Tamil is an added advantage).
  • Work Flexibility: Willingness to work on a shift basis, including weekends.
