Position: Senior Executive/Executive – Group Shipping and Logistics
Location: Pannipitiya
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all import/export shipping documentation (Bill of Lading, invoices, packing lists)
- Coordinate logistics with clearing agents, freight forwarders, and shipping lines
- Liaise with government authorities (SL Customs, CDA, SLSI)
- Maintain import/export records and TIEP schemes
- Support logistics team with operational requirements
Requirements:
- CHA/Wharf Certificate or Diploma in relevant field
- 2+ years experience in international logistics
- Proficiency in MS Office and online systems (Asycuda, SLPA Cargo)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Age below 35 years
