Senior Executive – Procurement & Product Development

Atlas Axillia is seeking a proactive Senior Executive – Procurement & Product Development to drive innovation and efficiency in sourcing and product development. Job Profile

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and oversee development.
• Manage product packaging details and ensure accurate system entry for new products.
• Work with R&D, QA, and Design teams to develop, test, and validate product samples.
• Optimize cost elements and ensure pricing aligns with business objectives.
• Oversee main plant trials and facilitate smooth mass production.
• Conduct surveys, gather feedback, and provide sales projections for demand planning.
• Ensure adequate inventory levels and maintain a smooth supply flow.
• Analyze international market trends to identify opportunities for new product development.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in supply chain management within the FMCG industry.
• Skills:
  • Exposure to toys, stationery, FMCG, fashion, apparel, or education sectors is preferred.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills.
