Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and target potential corporate clients for new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business goals, focusing on specific product portfolios.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients for long-term engagement and satisfaction.
- Sales and Marketing:
- Present and explain corporate life insurance products, tailoring solutions to clients’ needs.
- Negotiate and finalize sales contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Account Management:
- Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, ensuring up-to-date and accurate client information.
- Ensure timely renewals and policy activations.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless policy administration and servicing.
- Performance and Reporting:
- Achieve or exceed sales targets, focusing on assigned product targets.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Passed GCE A/L with SLIM/CIM, insurance, or any other diploma-level qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in life insurance corporate sales.
- Strong selling, presentation, and problem-solving skills with proficiency in English (oral and written).
- Ability to identify business gaps and propose innovative solutions.
- Age preferably below 35 years.
