Job Role: Executive/Senior Executive – Sales (Gold Loan)

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Drive gold loan sales and achieve targets at the Kotahena branch.
✔ Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
✔ Educate clients on loan products and services.
✔ Collaborate with teams to enhance business growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Prior experience in sales (banking/financial services preferred).
✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills (English & Sinhala/Tamil).
