Recovery Call Center Agents – Colombo

Job Responsibilities:

✔ Handle outbound calls for collections and customer support.
✔ Engage with customers to resolve inquiries and maximize recovery.
✔ Maintain a professional and friendly approach in all interactions.
✔ Ensure timely issue resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

✅ GCE Advanced Level qualification (A/L).
✅ Under 30 years of age.
✅ Fluency in English, Sinhala & Tamil (advantage).
✅ Proficiency in MS Word & Excel.
✅ Ability to work under pressure.
✅ Prior call center experience (preferred but not mandatory).
✅ Colombo residents encouraged to apply.
✅ Freshers welcome!
