Richard Pieris Finance Limited is seeking a professional and energetic Receptionist to manage front desk operations at our Head Office in Colombo. If you excel in customer service and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet visitors and handle inquiries with professionalism.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain an up-to-date guest directory and ensure a tidy reception area.
  • Support administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

✔ 1–2 years of experience (preferably in banking/finance, but freshers can apply).
✔ G.C.E. O/L & A/L qualifications required.
✔ Fluent in Sinhala & English (Tamil is an advantage).
✔ Strong communication, PR, and computer skills.
✔ Age below 30 with a professional, client-focused attitude.
✔ Ability to work under pressure and multitask efficiently.
