Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet visitors and handle inquiries with professionalism.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
- Maintain an up-to-date guest directory and ensure a tidy reception area.
- Support administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
✔ 1–2 years of experience (preferably in banking/finance, but freshers can apply).
✔ G.C.E. O/L & A/L qualifications required.
✔ Fluent in Sinhala & English (Tamil is an advantage).
✔ Strong communication, PR, and computer skills.
✔ Age below 30 with a professional, client-focused attitude.
✔ Ability to work under pressure and multitask efficiently.
