Process Assurance Technician
Morison Limited, a subsidiary of Hemas Holdings PLC, is seeking a dedicated Process Assurance Technician to join our team. Job Profile
- Perform in-process quality checks during tablet/liquid manufacturing and packaging to identify and prevent quality defects.
- Manage product sampling and sample tool management.
- Operate, clean, and verify in-process laboratory instruments.
- Provide line-clearance before production and complete relevant documentation.
- Address incidents in tablet/liquid manufacturing promptly.
- Stay updated on pharmaceutical manufacturing SOPs, GMP, and quality assurance practices.
Applicant Profile
- Education: G.C.E. A/L with at least 2 simple passes in main subjects.
- Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role in the healthcare or food industry.
- Skills:
- Ability to operate tablet/liquid in-process test laboratory instruments (preferred).
- Strong team player with a proactive work ethic.
