1. Operations Assistant

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate or Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

  • Strong communication skills (English fluency required)

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Male candidates preferred (encouraged to apply)

  • Local candidates (Avissawella residents prioritized)

Responsibilities:

  • Support daily school operations and administrative tasks

  • Assist with HR functions and record-keeping

  • Coordinate with staff and manage deadlines


2. HR Assistant

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in Business Admin & HR Management

  • Computer literate (MS Office skills essential)

  • Bilingual (English & Sinhala verbal/written skills)

  • Self-motivated team player with deadline management

  • School operations experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with HR processes and employee documentation

  • Handle administrative duties and support staff

  • Maintain records and ensure smooth operations
