About the Role:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage our Policy Conservation Unit, ensuring efficient operations and achieving service standards in customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage policy conservation operations effectively
✔ Achieve assigned targets within service standards
✔ Handle customer retention initiatives
✔ Maintain accurate policy records and documentation
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in customer retention/policy conservation (insurance sector)
- Part qualification in SLIM/CIM/IASL or Diploma in Marketing
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluency in English & Sinhala (Tamil is an advantage)
