✅ Key Responsibilities
- Attend to inbound and outbound calls enthusiastically.
- Provide feedback for customer inquiries and ensure follow-up actions.
- Resolve customer inquiries empathetically.
- Assist in continuously updating customer information in the system.
- Enhance and maintain the Arpico Insurance brand image.
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile
- Educational Requirement: Successful completion of the G.C.E A/L examination.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Tamil is mandatory.
- Experience:
- Experience in a call center is preferred.
- Strong public relations (PR) skills and the ability to handle pressure.
