💼 Job Role – Manager (Card Management Systems)

This role is responsible for overseeing card management and switching systems, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with VISA, MasterCard, LankaPay, JCB, and other payment schemes. You will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of card products, ensuring security, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage incidents & ensure compliance with Visa, MasterCard, and other payment schemes
✅ Oversee day-to-day configurations of card-related applications
✅ Supervise patch deployments & system upgrades for card management systems
✅ Enhance digitalization & process optimization of card operations
✅ Generate & analyze management reports for decision-making
✅ Provide technical & operational support to resolve customer issues
✅ Complete CIQs & other forms required by Visa & MasterCard
✅ Analyze IT requirements & coordinate with payment schemes for system integrations
✅ Plan & conduct training sessions for staff on new systems & compliance
✅ Research & implement new technologies & system improvements
✅ Communicate scheduled system downtimes & their impact to stakeholders
✅ Liaise with vendors & service providers to ensure high-quality service
✅ Negotiate contracts & manage relationships with key stakeholders
✅ Monitor vendor performance & resolve issues promptly
✅ Availability to work outside regular business hours when required

🎯 Qualifications & Experience:

📜 Expected Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Finance, Business, Operations, or Engineering
✔ Card-related certifications from Visa, MasterCard, etc. (strongly preferred)

💼 Required Experience:

✔ 3+ years of experience in managing Prime4 or equivalent card management systems
✔ 3+ years of experience working with Visa, MasterCard, and CUP payment schemes
✔ Proven experience in leading & managing card-related projects
✔ Expertise in handling payment scheme simulators & certification processes
✔ Comprehensive knowledge of credit/debit card transaction flows, including core banking, ATM switches, NAC & digital channels
✔ Advanced understanding of POS systems & e-commerce components
✔ Knowledge of PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard)

🕑 Age Limit:

✔ Preferably below 40 years as of the application closing date
