Strategic Impact Areas

🌱 Sustainability Framework Development

• Formulate bank-wide ESG policies & CSR strategies

• Benchmark against global financial institutions

• Implement GRI-compliant reporting for Annual Reports

🤝 Stakeholder & Regulatory Management

• Lead Sustainability Committee engagements

• Ensure compliance with local/international standards

• Coordinate CSR projects with Marketing/Branch teams

📈 Project Leadership

• Develop RFP/tender documents for sustainability projects

• Create annual CSR activity calendars

• Enhance community visibility through branch networks

Ideal Candidate Profile

✅ Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR/Business Administration
✅ 15+ years project management experience
✅ Proven organizational design expertise
✅ Excellent negotiation & coordination skills
✅ Strong strategic planning capabilities
