Job Profile
As a Manager – Finance Business Partner (Sales), you will:
- Drive efficiency and effectiveness in the sales distribution model, sales overheads, and trade marketing investments.
- Use channel and customer profitability measures to influence decision-making and investment strategies.
- Evaluate trade promotions, merchandising spends, and joint business plans to maximize ROI.
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making for the Sales, Sales Admin, and Customer Marketing teams.
- Implement streamlined processes to ensure accountability in trade terms and schemes.
Who We Are Looking For
- Qualifications: Fully qualified academically and professionally (Degree, CIMA, ACCA, CA).
- Experience: Minimum 4–5 years of post-qualification experience. Experience in the FMCG sector is an added advantage.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of sales, marketing, manufacturing operations, planning, and commercial processes.
- Excellent networking and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in business analytics and ERP systems.
