Performance Management & KPI Manager (PMS Expert)

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize the company’s Performance Management System (PMS).
- Design, implement, and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all departments.
- Lead performance improvement programs to meet business objectives.
- Partner with department leaders to align KPIs with organizational goals.
- Conduct performance evaluations and deliver data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Performance Management and KPI development.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in performance management tools (e.g., HRIS, analytics software).
- Age below 37 years (to align with company policy).
