Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimize the company’s Performance Management System (PMS).
• Design, implement, and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all departments.
• Lead performance improvement programs to meet business objectives.
• Partner with department leaders to align KPIs with organizational goals.
• Conduct performance evaluations and deliver data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Performance Management and KPI development.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in performance management tools (e.g., HRIS, analytics software).
• Age below 37 years (to align with company policy).
