Key Responsibilities:

✔ Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition for senior management roles
✔ Develop behavioral & leadership competency frameworks
✔ Drive Employer Branding initiatives with Corporate Communications
✔ Design & implement L&D programs for senior management
✔ Enhance HR policies and talent management practices
✔ Optimize onboarding processes for superior candidate experience
✔ Facilitate succession planning and talent pipeline development

Qualifications & Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree (HR/Business preferred); PG qualification a plus
✔ 8+ years HR experience with 2+ years in talent acquisition/development
✔ Proven expertise in leadership development programs
✔ Strong employer branding and stakeholder management skills
✔ Excellent communication & leadership abilities
