Manager – Maintenance
Atlas Axillia, a leader in the stationery and education products industry, is seeking a skilled Manager – Maintenance to join our team in Peliyagoda. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee utility systems, drive operational efficiency, and lead a team in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Job Profile
- Oversee and manage all utility systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor plant operations, analyze downtime records, and implement improvements.
- Review automation projects to drive technological advancements.
- Optimize energy consumption systems for cost-effectiveness.
- Track and evaluate KPIs of technical personnel.
- Manage overhead (OH), capital expenditure (CAPEX), and operational expenditure (OPEX) budgets.
- Ensure compliance with management system requirements through effective reporting.
- Facilitate training programs for team development.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Skills:
- Experience in offset and screen printing, with knowledge of the printing industry.
- Exposure to mechatronics and automation technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
