Job Title: Junior Executive – Sourcing
Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka
Industry: Marine/Shipping Procurement
Key Responsibilities

Source and onboard local & international suppliers for marine products.

Negotiate competitive pricing, delivery terms, and contracts.

Maintain supplier relationships and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Collaborate with logistics and operations teams for seamless procurement.

Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills

Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

1-2 years of sourcing/procurement experience (marine industry preferred).

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
