Job Responsibilities:
- Perform teller functions, account opening, and customer service duties.
- Address customer inquiries and promote cross-selling opportunities.
- Manage custody of cash and financial instruments.
- Maintain records and documents per bank policies and procedures.
- Achieve operational and business targets.
- Participate in branch marketing campaigns.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualifications:
- Part qualification in banking is advantageous.
- Minimum of 3 subjects passed at the Intermediate level of banking (IBSL).
- Experience:
- 2–3 years of branch operations experience in a commercial bank or financial institution.
- Skills and Attributes:
- Strong business language skills.
- Excellent computer literacy.
- A pleasing personality and a passion for customer service.
