Position: Junior Executive / Executive Recovery

Attributes and Qualifications:

• Age: Below 35 years.
• Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years in Collections and Recovery.
• Education:
  • Full or part qualification in Credit, Recoveries, or a relevant Marketing qualification from a recognized institution.
• Skills:
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Sinhala, English, and Tamil (Tamil is an added advantage).
  • Familiarity with computerized office environments.
• Other Requirements:
  • Must possess a valid riding license.
