Job Role: Junior Executive / Executive – Credit

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and scrutinize credit appraisals efficiently.

• Conduct independent credit assessments, including financial, operational, and risk analysis.

• Prepare detailed credit notes and monitor ongoing credit performance.

• Identify credit risks and propose mitigation strategies.

• Handle security documentation and ensure compliance with CBSL guidelines.

• Evaluate creditworthiness of individuals and businesses.

• Report critical risk issues to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a commercial bank or financial institution.

• Full/part qualifications in Banking or Credit preferred.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong knowledge of CBSL regulations and credit management.

• Fluency in Sinhala & English (written and spoken).

• Proficient in MS Office and banking software.
