Available Positions:

Deputy General Manager (HM I-I) – Permanent Basis (01 Position at Elephant Pass Saltern)
- Qualifications:
  - External Candidates: Bachelor’s Degree in Science/Engineering/Management/Commerce recognized by UGC with a Postgraduate Degree or Associate Membership of a recognized professional Chartered Institute. Minimum 12 years of managerial experience.
  - Internal Candidates: Relevant qualifications or 5 years of service in a Manager Category (MM) Grade 1.
- Salary Scale: HM 1-1 – 2016 (Initial Salary Rs. 80,295) with government-approved allowances.
- Age: 35 to 55 years.
Manager Marketing (MM 1-1) – Permanent Basis (01 Position at Head Office)
- Qualifications:
  - External Candidates: Degree in Marketing Management or Commerce recognized by UGC with 1 year of experience.
  - Internal Candidates: Relevant qualifications or 5 years of service in Junior Manager (JM) Category.
- Salary Scale: MM 1-1-2016 (Initial Salary Rs. 53,175) with government-approved allowances.
- Age: 22 to 45 years.
Assistant Manager – Marketing & Sales (JM I-I) – Permanent Basis (01 Position at Elephant Pass and 01 Position at Mannar Saltern)
- Qualifications:
  - External Candidates: Degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Commerce recognized by UGC.
  - Internal Candidates: Relevant qualifications or 5 years of service in Management Assistant – Non-Technological (MA 1-1) Grade II.
- Salary Scale: JM 1-1-2016 (Initial Salary Rs. 42,600) with government-approved allowances.
- Age: 22 to 45 years.
Assistant Manager – Saltern (JM 1-1) – Permanent Basis (01 Position at Elephant Pass Saltern)
- Qualifications:
  - External Candidates: Degree in Science/Management recognized by UGC or NVQ Level 7/6/5 in relevant field.
  - Internal Candidates: Relevant qualifications or 5 years of service in Management Assistant – Technological (MA 2-1) Grade II.

Assistant Manager – Quality Control (JM 1-1) – Permanent Basis (01 Position at Mannar Saltern)
- Qualifications:

  - Internal Candidates: Relevant qualifications or 5 years of service in Management Assistant – Technological (MA 2-1) Grade II.

Management Assistant (MA 1-1) – Permanent Basis (02 Positions at Elephant Pass Saltern)
- Qualifications:
  - External Candidates: G.C.E. (O/L) with credit passes in 4 subjects and G.C.E. (A/L) in Commerce Stream.
  - Internal Candidates: Relevant qualifications or 5 years of service in Primary Level categories.
- Salary Scale: MA 1-1-2016 (Initial Salary Rs. 27,910) with government-approved allowances.
- Age: 18 to 45 years.
Sales Officer – Contract Basis (01 Position at Elephant Pass Saltern)
- Qualifications: G.C.E. (O/L) and (A/L) with a Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing preferred.
- Salary: Basic Salary Rs. 30,310 with government-approved allowances.
- Age: 18 to 45 years.
Plant Operator – Contract Basis (01 Position at Elephant Pass Saltern)
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 5 in Mechanical/Automobile with 2 years of experience.

Senior Mechanic – Contract Basis (01 Position at Elephant Pass Saltern)
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 5 in Mechanical/Automobile with 2 years of experience.

Welder – Contract Basis (01 Position at Elephant Pass Saltern)
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 4 in Mechanical/Automobile.
- Salary: Basic Salary Rs. 26,290 with government-approved allowances.
- Age: 18 to 45 years.
Assistant Plant Operator – Contract Basis (01 Position at Elephant Pass Saltern and 01 Position at Mannar Saltern)
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 4 in Mechanical/Automobile.
- Salary: Basic Salary Rs. 26,290 with government-approved allowances.
- Age: 18 to 45 years.
Driver – Contract Basis (01 Position at Elephant Pass Saltern)
- Qualifications: G.C.E. (O/L) with 2 credit passes and a heavy vehicle license with 3 years of experience.
- Salary: Basic Salary Rs. 26,290 with government-approved allowances.
- Age: 18 to 45 years.
