Key Responsibilities

✔ Conduct process audits to identify control weaknesses
✔ Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable insights
✔ Perform special investigations as required
✔ Recommend process improvements and risk mitigation strategies

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in plantation audits

• Education:

  • Degree in Agriculture/Plantation Management

  • Part-qualified in CIMA/CA (advantageous)

• Skills:

  • Strong English report writing

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Valid motorcycle license (mandatory)

• Personal Attributes:

  • Team player with proactive mindset

  • Willing to travel frequently

  • Age below 30 years

Preference given to candidates from Matara, Rathnapura & Embilipitiya regions
