About the Internship:

Key Responsibilities:
✔ HR Business Partner Support: Assist with sales team HR operations
✔ Training Coordination:
- Organize Sales Force Development programs
- Manage vendor liaisons and participant logistics
- Analyze training effectiveness
✔ Recruitment Assistance: - Source and screen sales candidates
- Coordinate interviews and onboarding
✔ HR Analytics: Track sales team metrics (hiring, attrition, engagement)
Ideal Candidate:
- Fresh graduate/undergraduate in Business Management/HR
- Tech-savvy: Proficient in MS Excel/Office
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communicator (English + local languages)
- Team player with time management skills
- Willing to travel for field visits
