About the Internship:

Key Responsibilities:

✔ HR Business Partner Support: Assist with sales team HR operations
✔ Training Coordination:

• Organize Sales Force Development programs
• Manage vendor liaisons and participant logistics
• Analyze training effectiveness
  ✔ Recruitment Assistance:
• Source and screen sales candidates
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding
  ✔ HR Analytics: Track sales team metrics (hiring, attrition, engagement)

Ideal Candidate:

• Fresh graduate/undergraduate in Business Management/HR
• Tech-savvy: Proficient in MS Excel/Office
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong communicator (English + local languages)
  • Team player with time management skills
• Willing to travel for field visits
