- Facilitate and monitor knowledge acquisition and training programs.
- Analyze the effectiveness of training initiatives and provide recommendations.
- Collaborate with management to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.
- Maintain proper documentation and communication of training activities.
Requirements
- Passed G.C.E. A/L in Commerce, Mathematics, or Science.
- Diploma in Training & Development (T&D) from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- A pleasing personality with leadership and public relations skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
- Age below 30 years.
