Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.

• Support in maintaining HR records and documentation.

• Help with onboarding processes and training coordination.

• Contribute to workplace policy implementation.

Requirements:

• Graduate or undergraduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Energetic, motivated, and eager to learn.

• Preferred: Male candidates below 25 years (due to factory environment).

Factory – Padukka, Sri Lanka
