✅ Island-Wide Coordination: Frequent travel to business units in Colombo and suburbs.
✅ Employee Relations: Handle conflict resolution, compliance, and HR analytics.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
✔ NIBM/CIPM/University HR qualification (full/part)
✔ 2+ years as HR Executive (manufacturing/trading sector preferred)
✔ Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in HRMS tools and computer literacy
✔ Bilingual Skills: Fluency in English & Sinhala
✔ Soft Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
