Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding for staff and outsourced employees.

• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure legal compliance.

• Administer insurance, OPD benefits, and coordinate with service providers.

• Prepare employee lifecycle documentation (appointments, confirmations, ID cards).

• Support payroll, performance management, and HR policy enhancements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree/Professional Qualification in HR (MBA is an advantage).

• Strong communication, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills.

• Knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, and service provider regulations.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle HR operations with urgency.
