Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Degree in Accounting/Finance + MBA (Finance/Management).

• Certifications: CA Sri Lanka/ACCA/CIMA/CMA (Member/Fellow).

• Experience: 10+ years (5+ in managerial role) in banking/financial sector.

• Age: Preferably 35+ years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports per Sri Lanka Accounting Standards (SLAS).

• Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.

• Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

2. Head of Audit

Location: Colombo (Islandwide travel required)

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree + CA Sri Lanka/IBSL/part-qualified auditors preferred.

• Experience: 5+ years in banking/finance company audits (branch operations).

• Languages: English, Sinhala (Tamil an advantage).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct risk-based audits and internal control reviews.

• Prepare audit reports and recommend cost optimization measures.

• Travel to branches nationwide.

Skills Required:

• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
