βœ… Service Operations Management – Organize & manage service schedules for timely maintenance & repair of equipment
βœ… Service Sales & Revenue – Identify opportunities and sell service contracts to new & existing customers
βœ… Finance & Budgeting – Oversee invoice collection, resolve outstanding payments, and manage budgets
βœ… Team Leadership & Training – Develop & implement training programs for the service team
βœ… Customer Experience & CRM – Use CRM software to track service history and improve customer relationships
βœ… Performance Monitoring – Track technician performance & customer satisfaction
βœ… International Business Development – Expand service offerings to overseas markets

βœ” Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electronics/Electrical) – Mandatory
βœ” Business Administration Degree – (Added Advantage)
βœ” Proven Service Management Experience – Preferably in the medical equipment industry
βœ” Strong Leadership & Communication Skills
βœ” Proficiency in CRM Software & Financial Management
βœ” Ability to Multitask & Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
βœ” International Business Development/Sales Experience – (Highly Desirable)
