💼 Job Role – Group Head of Sales
The Group Head of Sales will lead revenue optimization, expand market presence, and strategically drive business growth across Lanka Hospitals’ core healthcare services, laboratory services, international sales, and strategic business units.

✅ Develop & implement strategic sales plans aligned with corporate objectives

🎯 Qualifications & Experience:
✔ Degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, or a relevant field
✔ 5+ years of proven sales leadership experience (preferably in healthcare)
✔ Proven success in driving revenue growth in a healthcare environment
✔ Strong strategic planning & execution skills
✔ Exceptional relationship-building & negotiation abilities
