Delmege Group is hiring a proactive Finance Administration Executive to ensure seamless operations in our Group Finance Department. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented young female professional seeking growth in a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and report KPIs, ensuring timely submission of CEO-approved financial statements.
  • Coordinate with PwC and senior management to prepare Board meeting packs and legal resolutions.
  • Archive critical documents, renew bank guarantees, and manage stakeholder communications.
  • Support the CFO with scheduling, meeting coordination, and document tracking.
  • Assist in monthly inventory reconciliations (Alcon) and system updates.
  • Document and distribute meeting minutes for key decision-making forums.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in finance administration, executive support, or similar roles.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in stakeholder coordination (HR, Legal, IT, Admin).
