Delmege Group is hiring a proactive Finance Administration Executive to ensure seamless operations in our Group Finance Department. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented young female professional seeking growth in a dynamic corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and report KPIs, ensuring timely submission of CEO-approved financial statements.
- Coordinate with PwC and senior management to prepare Board meeting packs and legal resolutions.
- Archive critical documents, renew bank guarantees, and manage stakeholder communications.
- Support the CFO with scheduling, meeting coordination, and document tracking.
- Assist in monthly inventory reconciliations (Alcon) and system updates.
- Document and distribute meeting minutes for key decision-making forums.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 2–3 years’ experience in finance administration, executive support, or similar roles.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in stakeholder coordination (HR, Legal, IT, Admin).
