Vacancy: Field Officer (Bank Loan Division)

Home Lands Skyline, a member of the award-winning Home Lands Group, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join their team as a Field Officer in the Bank Loan Division.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Loan Documentation:
    • Prepare and review loan applications to ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
    • Manage the entire loan documentation process, from initial application to final approval.
  • Bank Coordination:
    • Liaise with banks to submit loan applications, obtain approvals, and follow up on application statuses.
  • Clearances:
    • Interact with local authorities and the Inland Revenue Department to obtain necessary approvals and clearances.
  • Record Keeping:
    • Organize and maintain accurate records of loan applications, approvals, and related documents.

Qualifications:

  • Passed G.C.E. A/L.
  • Professional Qualifications in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience handling bank loan documentation processes, preferably in real estate.
  • Willingness to travel to meet relevant parties in the loan process.
  • Possession of a valid driving license.
  • Male candidates below 30 years of age are preferred.
