Home Lands Skyline, a member of the award-winning Home Lands Group, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join their team as a Field Officer in the Bank Loan Division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loan Documentation:
- Prepare and review loan applications to ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Manage the entire loan documentation process, from initial application to final approval.
- Bank Coordination:
- Liaise with banks to submit loan applications, obtain approvals, and follow up on application statuses.
- Clearances:
- Interact with local authorities and the Inland Revenue Department to obtain necessary approvals and clearances.
- Record Keeping:
- Organize and maintain accurate records of loan applications, approvals, and related documents.
Qualifications:
- Passed G.C.E. A/L.
- Professional Qualifications in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of two years’ experience handling bank loan documentation processes, preferably in real estate.
- Willingness to travel to meet relevant parties in the loan process.
- Possession of a valid driving license.
- Male candidates below 30 years of age are preferred.
