Role: Executive – Risk Management & Governance
Location: Ranala, Sri Lanka (On-site)
Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Functional Risk Registers as the team’s Risk Management Specialist.

• Drive data-driven governance and policy standardization for the organization.

• Analyze risks using enterprise risk management tools and financial data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Finance, Business, or Risk Management.

• 3+ years’ experience in risk analysis, financial modeling, or data science.

• Proficiency in risk management software (e.g., SAP GRC, MetricStream).

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to finance-related data science (e.g., predictive risk modeling).

• Knowledge of Sri Lankan compliance standards (e.g., COSO, ISO 31000).
