Job Purpose

🔹 Monitor the practical training of students and assess eligibility for AAT membership
🔹 Communicate with employers & training partners to find suitable job opportunities
🔹 Prepare & coordinate suggested answers and ensure timely release
🔹 Update Student Guides & Website with regular improvements
🔹 Administer the AAT Prize Fund and liaise with donors
🔹 Provide timely management reports to the Head of Division

Requirements

✔ Degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, or B.Com from a recognized university
✔ Member of AAT and/or Final Level student of CA Sri Lanka (an added advantage)
✔ Proficiency in English & Microsoft Office Packages
✔ Well-organized with strong interpretational skills
✔ Willingness to work long hours when required

Experience

✅ Minimum 2 years in an educational institution or mercantile sector
✅ Minimum 1 year in a reputed audit firm (an added advantage)
