Key Responsibilities:

Daily Operations & Compliance: Ensure all credit processes adhere to policies and regulatory standards.

Security Documentation: Prepare and verify loan security documents for new customers as per approvals.

Credit Product Management: Handle leasing, personal loans, term loans, and vehicle loans in Finacle Core Banking System and factoring in NetAsset System.

Loan Database Monitoring: Maintain accurate loan records, identify discrepancies, and ensure data integrity.

Process Automation: Drive digitization and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience: 2–3 years in credit administration at a commercial bank or reputed financial institution.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial products (loans, leasing, factoring).

Education: Full/part qualification in Banking, Finance, or Business Management.

Technical Skills: High computer literacy, familiarity with banking software (Finacle is a plus).

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a process-driven mindset.
