Role Overview:
We are seeking an Executive, Human Resources to join our dynamic team at Cinnamon Life, City of Dreams. Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, this role involves supporting the recruitment lifecycle, managing onboarding processes, and promoting a positive and engaging workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate on talent acquisition strategies.
- Conduct interviews and manage recruitment events to attract top talent.
- Onboarding & Employee Engagement:
- Manage end-to-end onboarding processes to ensure a positive experience for new hires.
- Partner with department heads to maintain high standards of employee engagement.
- Training & Development:
- Coordinate training initiatives and support professional development programs.
- Performance Management & Policy Implementation:
- Assist in implementing performance management processes.
- Ensure alignment of HR policies with organizational goals and workplace inclusivity.
Candidate Profile:

- Strong ability to identify talent and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
