Job Role:

  • Handle inbound calls related to insurance inquiries, claims, and complaints.
  • Provide efficient and friendly customer service in Sinhala & English (Tamil is a plus).
  • Assist customers with accident reports, policy details, and issue resolution.
  • Work in shifts, including Work From Home (WFH) options.

Requirements:

  • G.C.E. A/L qualified (Age below 28, males preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills (Sinhala & English; Tamil is an advantage).
  • Pleasant voice, strong listening skills, and problem-solving ability.
  • Computer literate and comfortable working in a team.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
