Executive – Call Center Operations

Job Role:
- Handle inbound calls related to insurance inquiries, claims, and complaints.
- Provide efficient and friendly customer service in Sinhala & English (Tamil is a plus).
- Assist customers with accident reports, policy details, and issue resolution.
- Work in shifts, including Work From Home (WFH) options.
Requirements:
- G.C.E. A/L qualified (Age below 28, males preferred).
- Excellent communication skills (Sinhala & English; Tamil is an advantage).
- Pleasant voice, strong listening skills, and problem-solving ability.
- Computer literate and comfortable working in a team.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
