The Role
As an Elevate Client Relationship Officer, you will:
- Strategic Planning: Understand and execute business and operational plans for Privilege/PRV Select Banking to achieve targets.
- Client Engagement: Generate awareness and invite clients to join Privilege/PRV Select Banking.
- Market Analysis: Periodically assess competitive intensity within identified market segments.
- Business Growth: Monitor and achieve business plans related to assets, liabilities, and fee income across all business lines.
- Liability Focus: Enhance the CASA ratio and advances-to-deposits ratio through strategic efforts.
- Compliance: Stay updated on policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent service and tailored solutions to existing and new HNWI clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to deliver efficient and seamless services to clients.
- Risk Management: Adhere to the integrated risk management framework with zero tolerance for non-compliance.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience: Approximately 5 years of banking experience.
- Qualifications: Full or part qualification in a relevant academic or professional field.
- Skills:
- Strong relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Attributes: Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
