Division: Human Settlement Planning and Training

Qualifications

1. Educational Qualifications:
   • A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology from a university recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
   • A Postgraduate Degree (Master’s) in a relevant field OR Corporate Membership of a relevant professional institute.
2. Experience:
   • Minimum 15 years of managerial-level experience in a Corporation, Statutory Board, Institution, or a reputed private organization.
   • OR Full membership of a recognized professional chartered institution in a related field, along with 15 years of managerial-level experience in a Corporation, Statutory Board, Institution, or a reputed private organization.

General Conditions

• Salary Scale: HM 1-3 – Rs. 86,865 – 15 x 2,270 – 120,915
• Starting Salary: Rs. 86,865/-
• Age Limit: Applicants must be between 35 and 55 years of age.
