Singer Finance (Lanka) PLC, a subsidiary of Singer (Sri Lanka) PLC, is inviting applications for the position of Customer Relationship Officer – Digital Products. This role focuses on customer engagement and support for the company’s digital products.
Job Profile:
- Outbound Video Verification:
- Perform video verification for English-speaking customers during the onboarding process.
- Customer Engagement:
- Provide detailed information about digital product features and benefits.
- Generate customer interest and facilitate onboarding to digital platforms.
- Customer Support:
- Handle inbound calls regarding wallet functionalities, addressing complaints, issues, inquiries, and clarifications.
- Maintain documentation related to wallet functionalities.
- Technical Support:
- Attend to IT-related issues in the absence of a team member.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Stay informed about digital product updates and industry trends.
Candidate Profile:
- Successfully completed GCE Advanced Level (A/L) or equivalent.
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fundamental knowledge of digital payments and wallet systems.
- Ability to manage and engage with a diverse range of customer profiles professionally.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Proficient in using call center software, managing support tickets, and escalating issues when required.
- Fluency in Tamil will be an added advantage.
